We offer deep cleaning—ideal for getting started—as well as regular cleaning to keep your home spotless, area-specific cleaning, and organization services. All our services are tailored to your home's specific needs and requirements.
Our services cover the main areas of your home: living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Tasks may include cleaning and disinfecting surfaces; sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; and cleaning doors, door frames, baseboards, mirrors, light switches, shelves, furniture, ceiling fans, and appliance exteriors. Services also include making beds and general tidying and maintenance; specific tasks vary depending on the service selected.
Deep Cleaning: This focuses on a thorough, comprehensive cleaning of areas that are not regularly cleaned and where dust, grease, and unwanted grime accumulate. We recommend this as an initial service, especially if it is the first time we are cleaning for you.
Regular Cleaning: This is designed to provide optimal, ongoing maintenance for your home, ensuring every area is left clean, fresh, and pleasant.
Why is a deep cleaning more expensive than regular cleanings?
Deep cleaning requires more time, effort, products, equipment, and attention to detail to achieve the desired results and enable ongoing periodic maintenance.
How do they set the price?
The price is determined based on the size of the home, the desired service, and its general condition.
The price may change if the size of the space, the level of dirt, or the requested tasks differ from what was initially reported. We always aim to communicate any adjustments before proceeding.
How long does the cleaning take?
We do not have a fixed timeframe; every home is different and has specific needs. Our primary goal is to deliver work of quality and excellence, regardless of how long it takes.
Human talent, products, and equipment
How many people do the cleaning?
The number of workers depends on the size and needs of the home; typically, we send a team of two or three skilled workers, and we inform you of this in advance.
We strive to accommodate your schedule as best we can. However, we do not provide an exact arrival time; instead, we offer an approximate three- to four-hour window.
This allows us to provide every home with the personalized attention and care it deserves without rushing our work. Our goal is to organize the cleaning plan efficiently, aiming to minimize disruption to your daily routine.
It is not mandatory. Most of our clients are not at home when we arrive; we can coordinate access instructions in a secure and organized manner. However, some clients prefer to be present for the first visit, and we adapt to your preferences and needs.
Do you notify when the equipment is on its way?
Yes. We will send you a notification or message to let you know the team is on the way. This will help you know the estimated arrival time, get ready for our arrival, or ensure that access to the location is available.
Yes. Our company has comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?
No. We provide all the equipment, products, and tools required for the cleaning, and we strive to use high-quality products to ensure excellent service. However, if you have a preference or suggestion, please do not hesitate to let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests; alternatively, if you have a specific product, you can leave it out with instructions, and we will gladly use it.
Yes. We love pets, but we recommend keeping them in a safe area while we clean, especially if they get nervous around new people, vacuum noise, or cleaning products.
Important limitations
For safety and liability reasons, we do not clean areas that pose a risk, such as roofs, high exterior areas, hard-to-reach windows, or areas affected by severe mold, excrement, blood, bodily fluids, pests, hazardous chemicals, or unsafe conditions.
We do not offer the following services: carpet cleaning; interior cleaning of washing machines, dryers, or dishwashers; laundry; or personal tasks.
We do our best, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains, severe limescale, heavy grease buildup, mold, rust, or damage caused by a lack of maintenance.
No, for safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture, large appliances, or items that could damage the floor, walls, or our equipment. We can clean around and underneath accessible areas.
We recommend putting away fragile, delicate, expensive, or sentimentally valuable items before the service. Our team works carefully, but it is better to prevent accidents.
Special requests and services
Yes, additional services—such as interior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven, and cabinets, as well as cleaning of windows, window tracks, and walls—must be requested in advance, as they require extra time and incur an additional cost.
We can try to help, but last-minute changes are subject to availability. Adding areas, special tasks, or additional services may affect the price and duration of the service. We recommend requesting them in advance.
Cancellations and special conditions
If the team arrives within the agreed timeframe but cannot access the location, the service may be considered cancelled, and a last-minute cancellation fee could apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we adapt to your schedule to ensure the service is provided at the time most convenient for you. We recommend requesting a date change 48 to 72 hours in advance. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule; however, the new date may be subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially if the equipment has already been reserved, is en route, or has arrived at the location.
Yes. To ensure the safety of our team and guarantee quality service, we reserve the right to refuse, halt, or reschedule services in homes with extreme conditions, biohazards, pest infestations, a lack of water or electricity, or previously undisclosed situations that could compromise the health and safety of our team.
Payment methods, tips and service satisfaction
We accept various payment methods, subject to availability: credit cards via QuickBooks, bank transfers, checks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Payment is due on the day of service unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Tipping is not mandatory, but it is always greatly appreciated by our team as a sign of satisfaction with the work performed.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something didn't turn out as you expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and find a suitable solution.
With our Service Quality Promise: The job isn't finished until it's done right.
Preparation for cleaning

Yes. If there are areas you would like us to pay special attention to, please let us know before the service begins. We will do our best to address your priorities within the scope of the contracted time and service.
